Our administration & leadership team at the British International School (Gaza) is dedicated to maintaining academic excellence, operational efficiency, and a supportive environment for students, staff, and families. Each member plays a critical role in shaping the school’s vision and ensuring the highest standards of education. 

School Principal – Maha Aldahdouh

Leads the school’s academic and operational management, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for students. Oversees staff performance, student development, and the implementation of the school’s mission and value​.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Ayman Aldahdouh

Responsible for overall strategic planning, governance, and long-term vision of the school. Ensures that the school meets educational, operational, and financial objectives while maintaining high-quality standards

British System Coordinator & Advisor – Ruba Thabet

Oversees the British curriculum program, ensuring alignment with international standards. Provides guidance to teachers and students, supports curriculum development, and ensures academic success across all British system grades

American System Coordinator & Advisor – Samar Abdalsalam

Leads the American High School Diploma program, including AP courses and SAT preparation. Advises students on course selection, college readiness, and academic pathways while supporting teachers with instructional strategies

Admin & Financial Manager – Abdallah Alrabie

Manages the school’s administrative operations and financial processes, including budgeting, tuition fees, and financial reporting. Ensures smooth day-to-day operations and clear communication with parents regarding financial matters
