We view CPD as an ongoing and pervasive process, and our team greatly appreciates the opportunity to share their learning experiences.To integrate new staff into our community and working methods at BISP, we have a comprehensive, structured, and thorough induction program in place. This involves assigning mentors to provide support and guidance, as well as regular meetings with managers during the initial period. All staff members are entitled to an annual professional review where CPD needs are identified, agreed upon, and fully supported. This process leads to positive growth in professional practice, with a direct impact on classroom experiences and, ultimately, the learning journey of our students.
